How do airport pickups work?
We track your flight in real time. Your chauffeur adjusts for delays or early arrivals and will be waiting when you land. No extra charge for reasonable delays.
Do you offer flat pricing to the airport?
Yes. All airport transfers are quoted upfront with transparent pricing. No surge pricing and no surprises.
Which airports do you serve?
We provide transfers to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).
What vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs, luxury SUVs, stretch limousines, and limo buses. Vehicle availability depends on your group size and service type.
Can I make multiple stops?
Yes. Multiple stops are supported during booking. Additional stop fees may apply depending on the vehicle selected.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for airport pickups, late-night service, or special events. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes. 24/7 Limo Toronto operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash,credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-Transfer. You can pay in full or place a deposit depending on your booking.
Is a deposit required?
For most bookings, a deposit is NOT required to secure your reservation. If deposit is required, the remaining balance is payable at the start of service. Cash, E-Transfer and credit card payments are accepted.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking. Cancellation policies vary based on service type and notice period.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and surrounding areas.
